Modern Slavery Statement.
Last updated July 2026.
This statement is made by Endeavour Group in line with the spirit of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. We are not, by turnover, required to publish a statement under section 54 of the Act, but we believe it is right to set out our position publicly.
Our business
Endeavour Group is a specialist recruitment business based in London, working with clients across technology and hospitality in the UK, EMEA and US. Our supply chain is short: software services, professional services, and the talent networks from which we identify candidates.
Our position
We will not knowingly engage with any client, supplier, or candidate relationship in which there is evidence of forced labour, human trafficking, or other forms of modern slavery. We screen new clients and suppliers for adverse information; we audit right-to-work documentation on every placement; and we maintain a confidential reporting route via info@endeavoureu.com.
Due diligence on our supply chain
We carry out reasonable due diligence on the third parties engaged in delivering services across the Group, including umbrella companies and payroll providers used by contractors and temporary workers placed by either division. This due diligence is monitored on an ongoing basis, not just at the point of engagement.
Training and awareness
All personnel and engaged associates across the Group are briefed on the indicators of modern slavery and labour exploitation relevant to recruitment, and are expected to raise any concern immediately.
Raising concerns
Any concern regarding modern slavery or labour exploitation, whether relating to a client, supplier, or candidate of either division, should be raised with our Managing Director without delay.
Review
This statement is reviewed annually and on any material change to our business.
